What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We currently offer same-day local delivery in Surrey, Langley, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Burnaby, and Vancouver, North Vancouver from 12:00 AM to 9:00 PM , 7 days a week. Nationwide shipping across Canada is available, with multiple shipping options to suit your needs. We will choose either CanadaPost, UPS, FedEx (Express or Ground) depending on the client's shipping choice.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No. Our online website only allows for orders within Canada. But if you send an email to [email protected] we can discuss further on the possibility of shipping internationally.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

For local orders in Surrey, Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, and New Westminster , we offer same-day delivery between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM , 7 days a week. Orders placed before 6:00 PM are typically delivered within 1–3 hours . For nationwide shipping, we offer next day shipping with multiple carriers to have your order delivered within 2-3 business days.

How Can I Return a Product?

At Easy Bud Delivery, customer satisfaction is a top priority. Due to the nature of cannabis products and health regulations, all sales are final. However, we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise.

The product arrived damaged or defective

Can I return and/or exchange my product(s) for a different one?

Product(s) can only be returned or exchanged for up to 48 hours of purchase and are subject to company approval. To be eligible for return or exchange you must contact our Customer Support via our contact page for an online return. For all products excluding flowers that are shipped in error. All product(s) must be unopened and unused and show no signs of visible tampering e.g. edibles.

If I don’t like the experience of the product, can I return it?

No. With the exception that the description of our product does not match the experience, will you be able to exchange only. This will be at the discretion of our Customer Support teams.

If my product is defective, can I return it?

Products are considered “defective” and may be eligible for a refund if they are expired, mouldy, or damaged in transit. 



 

How long do I have to return a cannabis product after I purchase it?

Cannabis products may only be returned if they are defective, shipped in error, or recalled. With the exception of recalls, returns must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.



 

How long do I have to return a cannabis accessory after I purchase it?

The return period is 48 hours to return accessories with a receipt. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Upon receipt at the warehouse, products are assessed for refund eligibility. If deemed eligible, returns will be processed within 24-48 hours. 

If I return a product, how will my payment be refunded?

A refund will be issued via your choice of a cash payment or an in-store reimbursement. 



 

What will happen to my product after I return it?

If your product (accessory) is considered saleable and has not been tampered with, it may be restocked. All other returns (cannabis) will be safely destroyed.
